We believe that every pet deserves a clean and hygienic outdoor environment, and we are dedicated to achieving this through our poop scooping and coop cleaning services. Our team is driven by a passion for animals, a commitment to excellence, an eye for detail, and going the extra mile, making us the best choice for your dog waste management and coop cleaning needs.

Have poop scoop questions?
We have poop scoop answers.
Where do we put the poop we scoop?
We offer two options with regard to waste disposal.
Option 1: Once collected, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house (if a receptacle is not accessible).
Option 2: We take what's collected off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. *This option is a "Full Service Upgrade" with a fee of $5 more per bag used (13 gallon kitchen bag ).
We don't mind either option. You can choose what's right for you!

Do you guarantee service?
Yes, "we give a crap"! (Pun Intended)
If you are not happy with a scoop session after we have left your yard, let us know immediately, and we will readdress the missed piles.

Can my animals be in the yard when you clean?
Absolutely. We love to scoop with the company of your pets. We find that they too like to visit, and end up sharing their poop habits with us, wanting us to have the freshest of poops to scoop!
However... to some dogs, we are strangers with weird tools and uncommon smells. So, if you think your dog may be protective and could be aggressive, please take advantage of our "on the way" communication text or emails, and put your dog somewhere safe and secure before & during our visit. We do notify you again when we depart, so they can be let back out as soon as possible with minimal disturbance to their routine. This will keep your dog happy, with low stress, and is super helpful to your scooper.

What is your cancelation policy?
Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Services are pre-paid, so as long as sufficient notice of a week or more is given prior to a cancelation, service will be cancelled with no issue.
How do I Skip or Pause my Subscription?
A cancelation of service is not necessary for a skip or pause in your regular subscription visits.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, or yard was picked up by other means, etc.) or you will be taking over scooping for a season and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know, at best, a week in advance to pause the service.
However, do keep in mind, our routes are scheduled in advance, sometimes with limited availability, so not notifying us for a skipped service will result in an unwanted service charge. If we arrive to your property and are cancelled for any reason without prior notice, you will still be charge for the service, with or without scooping your yard. To avoid this, please email or text a pause of service with the details to Coop & Poop directly and we will make the adjustment(s) to your scheduled service(s). Easy Peezy!

Will my yard get serviced if the weather is bad or my service day falls on a holiday?
We live in Oregon and understand the challenges of working outside in the elements. We’ll scoop in rainy fall days, cold winter days, light hail in the spring days, extremely hot summer days, and all the in-between weather throughout the year!
However, inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for communicating this to you and servicing your yard as soon as it is possible to do so. In most cases of a skipped scoop due to weather, we will notify you about the skip, and resume service the following week to collect the missed waste from the week prior.
If a scheduled scoop day falls on a holiday, your service will be moved by one - two days unless otherwise notified. All services will resume the following week with double duty cleanups.
How will I be billed for service?
For all subscription services; credit cards will be charged automatically at the first of every month, for the upcoming month of service. If you sign up mid-month for service, you will only be billed that month for the weeks that are remaining.
For One-Time Cleanups we require a $30 pre-paid deposit, and once the service is complete, the card on file will be charged for the remainder of the cleaning fee.
